Embrace Nature began as a personal quest to find some grounding and peace following a stressful period in my personal life. I found that being outdoors and in nature had a positive impact on my emotional well being.
Embracing nature has had such a powerful influence and I am passionate about sharing this beautiful practice with you.

I have found being in nature has helped me enormously in managing the many challenges that life brings. Working in the field of mental health for over 25 years, I have always been aware of the importance of protecting my own mental health and emotional well being. With forest therapy there is no pressure, no expectation...just come as you are.
I am a certified and fully-insured practitioner in evidence-based forest therapy, accredited by the Complementary Medical Association.
